Import regulations and duty

Anna Jewelry Creations is not responsible for any duties that may result from customs regulations in the country of destination.
Please check the customs regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering. From the moment the shipment is received by the courier service, all responsibility is assumed by the delivery service, and Anna Jewelry Creations is exempt from liability related to possible delays of the shipments, delivery time of the shipments, and damage to the shipments resulting from transport.

Returns and Delivery

If for any reason you wish to return your order, feel free to contact us. The order must be returned within the 14 days from the delivery date. When the items are returned in their original state, including the package, you will get a refund. Please bear in mind that the item can be returned only if it is in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Also, it’s vital to know that some items do not fulfil the general return conditions: the items which are adapted or bespoke; gift vouchers, or items on sale.

We maintain the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our terms and conditions.

Delivery costs are not refundable.

Delivery

The exact shipping cost is calculated when adding your items in your shopping cart by clicking on it. After order confirmation, your order will be shipped in the following 2 working days if the product is available. Items that are not available will go to production and you can expect them to be delivered within 10-14 working days from the moment your order had been sent.

Bear in mind that these are merely the overall shipment estimations, because the standard delivery is not the service that includes a guaranteed delivery date.
