This service is intended primarily for individuals and the use of this service is free.

Any person who ordered products through our online store and therefore accepted all the conditions for using this service and purchasing is considered a customer.

The conditions of purchase define the rules and procedures for online shopping and include, among other things, the processes of ordering, processing the order, delivery, payment, as well as the eventual return and complaint of delivered goods.

Use of our website

When ordering products from this website, you agree to:

  • You will only use this website for inquiries and legally valid orders;
  • You will not create false or misleading orders. If we reasonably judge that an order of this type has been placed, we will be authorized to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
  • The email address, postal address and/or other contact information you provide is true and correct.
  • You also agree that we may use that information to contact you about your order if necessary.

If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot create an order.

Service Availability

The information provided in the Terms and the information found on this website does not constitute an offer but an invitation to make an offer.

Product Availability

All product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in obtaining the products or if there are no more items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or better quality and value of the products you order. If you do not wish to order replacement products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” is deemed to be made or an order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party nominated by you physically takes possession of the goods.

Ordering

Goods can be ordered at any time of the day, 7 days a week.

The unit of measure for ordering is a piece depending on the item.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Anna Jewelry Creations cannot guarantee to deliver every product ordered through the site. In case of such circumstances, the Buyer will be notified and the entire amount will be returned to him if he paid for the goods in advance.

Note – applies to all buyers: If any of the above, which changes the initial order, is not acceptable to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase.

Return of goods

If for any reason you wish to return your order, feel free to contact us. The order must be returned within the 14 days from the delivery date. When the items are returned in their original state, including the package, you will get a refund. Please bear in mind that the item can be returned only if it is in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Also, it’s vital to know that some items do not fulfil the general return conditions: the items which are adapted or bespoke; gift vouchers, or items on sale.

We maintain the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our terms and conditions.

Delivery costs are not refundable.

In order to make the return you must first complete the return request form and send it to annajewelrycreations@gmail.com or attached to the items you are returning.

Delivery

The exact shipping cost is calculated when adding your items in your shopping cart by clicking on it. After order confirmation, your order will be shipped in the following 2 working days if the product is available. Items that are not available will go to production and you can expect them to be delivered within 10-14 working days from the moment your order had been sent.

Bear in mind that these are merely the overall shipment estimations, because the standard delivery is not the service that includes a guaranteed delivery date.

Changes to purchase conditions

Anna Jewelry Creations reserves the right to change these conditions and rules, and undertakes to notify all users of such changes through its website, i.e. notifications within the online store. Users who do not agree with the new terms of purchase can send us their comments and suggestions via email or via the contact form on the website.
